Terms of Service

Please read through my TOS in it's entirety. These terms apply to private commissions only, which means you may use the artwork for personal use only.

Genral Terms

- I have the right to reject any commission that I do not feel comfortable doing.- I may post the art on social media.- All of my prices are base prices. Complex characters, complex backgrounds, and an unclear reference sheet can increase the price.- Prices are subject to change based on demand.

Payment

- I only accept USD via PayPal invoice. 100% payment is required AFTER I have provided you with a sketch to your liking.- You will have 1 week after I send the invoice to pay in full. If you are unable to make the payment by the deadline, I will cancel the commission.

Copyright/Usage Policy

I, the artist, may use the commissioned artwork to:
- Promote myself with it everywhere
- Display it everywhere to my liking
- Post it wherever I wantYou, the buyer, are allowed to:
- Use the commissioned piece for personal use
- Print the artwork
- Claim the character(s) as your own, but not the artwork itself

Process and Delivery

- I do not have an ETA for my work. I can take anywhere from 3 days, 1 month or more on a piece depending on complexity, health, college, and other factors.- If anything comes up that may slow the progress of the piece, I will let you know ASAP.- I will notify you when I have started the commission.- At the start of the commission, I will send 1-3 quick sketches/drafts for you to choose from. Once a sketch is chosen, I will send the invoice. Once paid, you may not ask for a refund.- I will send you multiple progress shots throughout the commission.- I may ask for references if you are looking for something specific.- Once the commission is completed, you will receive a watermarked version for sharing publicly and an unwatermarked version for personal use. Both will be sent digitally.- You may not use the commissioned piece for commercial purposes.- You may claim any character(s) as your own (if they rightfully belong to you), NOT the art.- You may not alter the piece in any way once completed.- You may ask for up to 2 different versions of the commission (i.e. transparent background, unshaded, w/o environmental effects, etc.) for free. Requesting additional versions will come with a fee.

Revisions

- You may ask for as many small and minor revisions as you’d like, free of charge.- You may ask for larger revisions for a fee.- If there was a misunderstanding on my part, I will not charge for the revision(s).- Any revisions to the final piece after confirmation will come with a fee.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

- The buyer is not allowed a refund after payment except for certain/specific cases.- If for any reason I am unable to continue the commission, I will offer a full refund.

Colored Sketch

A quick and simple sketch with added flat colors. You may request for additional shading for a small fee.

Clean Colored Sketch

A cleaned sketch with added flat colors.

Fully Rendered

A fully rendered piece with clean lineart, colors and shading.

Reference Sheet/Custom

A detailed piece showing off your character's features for future references. Starting price is $50 and includes 1 full body, a color palette, and the characters name. Additions (such as close ups, shaded version, description, etc.) can be added upon request for additional fees. The price can go up to $200 or more with additions.
